Staying here was a nice experience overall. The location by the river was stunning and perfect for morning runs. Although some areas of the hotel showed wear, and the service could improve in the restaurant, the clean rooms and friendly staff made for a pleasant visit.

The location on the river was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed the pools. Our Beautiful King Room with Water View was spacious and comfortable.
My kids wished for a hot tub near the pool for more fun and relaxation.

Family with children? This place is a hit!
We had a riverside room, fine view of the water and the pool, just luxurious. The best part was definitely the pool area, so nice, reminded me of a resort and we had full service there, drinks, food, everything.

Location
The construction noise early in the morning was terrible! I emailed the hotel to let them know of my late check in. It would have been courteous of the hotel staff to let me know about the construction in their reply. The importance of a quiet room was stressed at check in, and it was still terribly loud. This was very upsetting.

The hotel's elegantly decorated lobby welcomed me like an old friend. Accessibility was fantastic, with smooth pathways making it easy for me to get around comfortably. The fine waterfront view was the cherry on top of my stay!
I'd love a hot tub for relaxation.
